Well, I followed the rules about the cards being all Stampin' Up!, but I'd be really surprised if anything other than some of the basic colors are still current. I'm really out of practice, but here goes...
I flipped the sketch and rotated it 90 degrees. I was inspired by the DSP from one of the many mini-stacks I have. Those things are addictive - just $7 for SO many gorgeous patterns! I liked the colors and the splotches reminded me of bubbles, so I thought it would make a nice baby card with the duck from Every Little Bit stamped in Basic Gray and a sentiment from Delightful Dozen. Love how the silver cardstock ((layered with circle punches) and embossing powder look together, and the Lost Lagoon / Hello Honey in the DSP go well with the Baja Breeze ribbon and So Saffron DSP from an ancient Simply Scrappin' kit I still have bits from. Love how even tho colors retire, new colors still coordinate with old ones!
Looking at the "finished" card, I'm wondering, should I add a little yellow to those ducks? What do you think?

I love the ducks - and they work great with the DSP. I think you have the perfect amount of yellow on them - especially for a baby card. So cute!
